With a background in intensive outpatient trauma care, we prioritize nervous system regulation and move at a pace that feels supportive and safe. We support individuals navigating estrangement and trauma, couples seeking reconciliation, improved communication, or pre-marital preparation, and families working toward transgenerational healing and healthier co-parenting relationships.

We also offer group therapy to increase access to care and foster connection, because transformational healing happens in community.

Our goal is to provide a confidential, grounded space where you can soften, disarm, and make sense of your past so you can move toward a future that feels more aligned and meaningful.

Sessions are held in an environment designed to provide comfort and support for your nervous system safety, where you’re not pressured or rushed and nothing about your experience feels overly clinical or transactional.

OUR PROCESS

1. Book A Free Consultation

This 15-minute service is designed to allow you the opportunity to meet the therapist that you'll be working with, provide brief insight of the problem you’re facing, and discuss your hopes for therapy. During that time, you can ask questions about the therapeutic process and share your goals for therapy.

2. Complete New Client Paperwork

After your consultation, you will receive new client forms to complete in order to begin our work together. Once your paperwork has been completed, our team will send a welcome packet and confirm your intake appointment date and time.

3. Complete Intake Session

During your intake appointment, we will gather historical information and begin establishing your goals and curate a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your desired outcome. This session is where we lay the groundwork for the journey ahead.
